General Description of the Service
RCC Real Estate Claim Control GmbH provides digital claims management for the real estate industry. We handle the professional processing of insurance claims – particularly in the area of high-frequency claims – for housing and real estate companies. We offer our service nationwide via our website [www.rcc.claims](https://www.rcc.claims) as well as via our digital client portal “RCC Exchange.”
Explanation of How the Service Is Provided
As a specialized claims service provider, we handle the complete processing of reported insurance claims for our clients (housing companies, property management firms, real estate companies). Our team of insurance experts, lawyers, and construction technicians reviews coverage and liability, assesses submitted cost estimates for appropriateness, and approves repair work. Through a settlement authority granted by well-known insurers, we can independently and conclusively settle claims of up to €50,000 without consulting the insurer. Claims can be inspected remotely via video technology as needed; for major claims, our own construction technicians handle on-site visits. All communication and documentation takes place via our electronic client portal “RCC Exchange” in a digital, real-time claims file. Clients also receive regular claims reports and, upon request, training for their property managers.
Compliance Status
We are committed to digital accessibility and aim to design our website so that it is fully accessible to all users. We are therefore working continuously to fully implement the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the Ordinance on the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV).
Our website is based on a WordPress system. The underlying theme has been tested with Sitebrunch’s Accessibility Center and optimized with regard to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
